    Why default minimum processor state not set at 0%?

    Anyone know why the default minimum processor state not set at 0%? i can't remember what it's usually set at, but I believe it's either 5% or 10%

    On a default Windows install its set to 5%, but that's probably to prevent it from downclocking all the way to base because switching back and forth can cause stuttering (depending oh what kind of hardware you're running).

    Or something to that effect?

    I set my minimum to 0% for battery and plugged in and it's fine
