    Where to get password for administrator ?

    Ok, here goes.

    When I first started my new laptop , samsung X360 , I had to register for a new user account and password, say it was X

    By default there is another account named "samsung"

    Now I am asked for the password for "samsung" , where to find that password ?

    Probably an account set by samsung in case something goes wrong, give them a call and ask them.
