I am sure their is a setting for this problem but I can't find it. I running an extended desktop with an external monitor on my T43. It works perfectly as long as I do not close the lid on my t43 while it is running (I have close lid while running set to take no action).

If I do that the external monitor becomes the primary display (with the resoulution out of whack) and to get the extended desktop back I have to reconfigure the resolutions, swith the 1 & 2 monitor to reflect my config, and recheck the extended desktop button.

Is their a setting that if I check it will either turn off both displays when I close the lid (& not standby) or switch to the external primary & when I open the lid go back to extended desktop automatically?
