I'm sure that most know .dmg is a mac file.
I'm trying to get a way to burn it as an image file on PC so that I can run it on a Mac.

Anyone have any advice on how to do it? Or what program to use?

Just burn the dmg file as a single file. When you run the CD on the Mac, you can double click on the dmg file and OS X will treat it as a CD. The only difference will be that you will have to double click the DMG file after sticking the CD in the Mac.
