    Hi,

I have the notebook NJ65, and lately I have noticed that the Audio though speakers is loud when playing on youtube or online but when playing offline videos the audio is barely audible in it, I have tried multiple video files and also tried full format and installed new Windows 8. I have been using Windows 8 for around 8 months but only lately this problem has come about.

Also I noticed whenever I open the sound options in Control Panel, I get a pop-up message stating, the Enhancement are causing problems in the audio, Disable it ?, I did it multiple times but on opening options again the same message comes up.

    Any solutions ?

What O/S was installed in it originally? Did you make sure you got the right drivers for the O/S your using? We got a model and make but no info whether which drivers and how you configured the netbook? Also if you netbook didn't come with W8 I highly recommend not using W8 unless you thoroughly tested that it work and performs on your netbook. But in the case it was a W8 netbook then I would contact the manufacture to see if there is a hardware problem causing the volume controls?

The laptop originally came with Windows 7 but I have been using Windows 8 since its release and everything was working fine until, the last thing I remember is updating KMPlayer, which suddenly dis-associated most of the file types from the system....and after also the metro version also stopped working, didn't connect to internet, so I re-installed windows 8 and everything is orking fine but the audio, I don't know if there is some setting....which I might be missing.....

Did you have this same audio issue with W7 before you went to W8? Are you sure all your drivers for the netbook is compatible with W8?
