What I'm looking for is some software that records video from my webcam but allows you to have a frame around it so I can have a still of a face without the mouth as the frame and then use my mouth to make it looks like he's talking.

Does anyone know some software which I can do this with? I've tried looking but found nothing. :(

I don't know what software to use, but you would probably need a few different applications. Standard webcam software almost definitely won't allow you to do this. You would need some sort of video editing software that would allow you to lift the mouth portion of your recording and place it on top of the still photo. Sadly, I know jack-all about video editing :(.

The reason I thought there might be some software that would let me do this is because at the moment I have LifeFrame which came with my laptop and it comes with some frames but you can't add you're own.
