My in-laws Toshiba notebook has this cute little feature at which the wallpaper would change according to the time of day.
So during the day, the hot air baloon has blue sky background. At dusk, still the same hot air baloon but the background is sunset. At night, hot air baloon with stars in the background.

If I change the wallpaper to non-toshiba wallpaper, it no longer cycle.

Is there a program that can do this thing for my Fujitsu notebook?
    Thanks

    ^^ Preferably with alpha-blending
Free Ware Site (Use Find and go thru the keyword "wallpaper" and there are several
I found several free ones here, however, they don't have alpha-blending transition effects
