    Guys,

This is so ridiculous.. i was watching transformers on my comp..

on VLC it was smooth playback although a lower quality as no DIVX .

On WMP quality was good but framerates were dropping & causing the video playback to lag...

    Any advice?

Dude, you don't need all that crap!

    Use K-Lite Mega Codec Pack,

    - Any Real Media file
    - Any Quicktime file

basically it plays anything you throw at it, all in a small neat player that barely uses any resources!

Not for dr.pratik. Also, I rarely rely on the signature to determine what machine or OS has a problem, since people have a habit of changing configurations and not updating signatures.

    I have the same problem.

WMP stutters and the audio goes out of sync. VLC plays the same video just fine.

I'm guessing it's because I have both DivX Pro and K-Lite Pack installed and the codecs are clashing to cause the stuttering. (Even though I disabled K-Lite version of DivX during installation)

K-lite Sux!!!.. i installed it & it prevents me from using DivX .. also the Encoding is sub-standard quality. & the interface feels so unprofessional.. i felt so cheap using K-lite that i uninstalled it immediately..
