This isn't so much an issue that bothers me but my girlfriend has become rather confused about it and I'm hoping someone will shed some light. By default, I've at some point set Vista to lock my system (log out) after 10 minutes of inactivity. The thing is, I can't seem to find how to stop Vista doing this (rather annoying when watching something on the web). I've searched around the power profiles but to no avail. If someone could give me a hand with this it would be great!

    Check your screensaver.

It may be set to turn on after 10 minutes of inactivity and when you come back it will ask for your login.

If it is your screensaver, uncheck the box that says On resume, display logon screen.
