A couple of questions regarding Vista color management,

    1. Generic question about applications - is there any site, database, etc. that lists which applications are color managed and which ones are not? The impression I get so far is that no such list exists - I have to check with the vendor of the software product itself to see if it's color managed and if so, to what degree. But I thought to ask in case such a thing exists.

    2. What Vista components or accessories are color managed? Is Explorer? Windows Photo Viewer? The impression I get is that even many applications that ship with Vista aren't themselves color managed. Any way to tell for certain?

    3. Are there any video players out there (kmplayer, vlc, wmp, anything) that are fully color managed?

One of the promises of Vista (over XP) from way back was that it would be a well color-managed OS but from what I can tell, it hasn't actually added any value in this area (at all) over XP.
