This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Vista Sync Center -Where do the offline files go?

    On Vista, when I set a folder as available offline, where are the offline files saved to? The Windows installation partition? Can I change it to have the files to a different folder?

    Is it better to use Vista's Sync Center or MS SyncToy to sync files?
    I have music, documents, and other files that I want to sync, but syncing can only happen every few weeks.
