This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    April is release to manufacturers, so by the end of the month it should be on the net.

    CPP is available now, but the final is undetermined--first half of 2009 (heard rumors of March)

    By the end of the month? Awesome, though I think I'll wait until the RC's to come out to install.

    The wiki article seems pretty vague on the update. SP2 doesn't seem like it is adding much in comparison to the changes SP1 did. There aren't going to be more performance tweaks?
