    Anyone else purchase a brand new copy of Vista and have problems opening the case?

    The label that says "Pull" and shows you how to open the case is misleading. There is clear tape on the top that keeps you from pulling the Tab out that the instructions on how to open the case doesn't mention. Took me a bit to figure that out.

    Good ol' Bill keeping us on our toes.

    haha yeah actually I did the same took me a minute to see what was keeping it closed.

    They should have a small red tab on the clear tape end aswell I suppose. When I took it off it also ripped off the code it was taped over, now it looks ugly. I dont think thats important tho as the key is on the inside thats just the product code.

    nope. didnt get a case with mine. dont miss it either. :) i hear they look pretty cool though. would be nice to have a black ultimate case for my disc.....
