Can anyone link the procedure to make 32-Bit Vista see more RAM , think it was called the 3k switch or something similar.

I believe it's called the PAE switch, and I've heard it really doesn't work. Better just to pay $85 for Windows 7 64 bit.

Your 32-bit Vista key works with the 64-bit Vista counterpart, no need to start thinking about PAE.

PAE won't work on consumer devices anyway, at least not to any great affect. You'd need PAE enabled drivers and programs utilizing RAM beyond the 32-bit barrier have to also be PAE aware.

Not worth your time and it isn't going to work anyway.
