Hello everybody,
I am attempting to undervolt my Turion X2 TL-58 using RMClock 2.35. After following the guide by Flipfire, I have already found the most lowest stable voltages that I can push for all the multipliers.
However, after going through all the settings for RMClock, my temperatures are still the exact same (~60C idle). If I mouseover the RMClock icon, it does tell me a CPU clock, multiplier, and the voltage that I set it to; however I'm not seeing the results of undervolting. I have the program set to start automatically; I think I'm missing something. Any ideas?

When the computer is on idle / low load the controlling factor for the temperatures is the fan operation. The temperature at which the fan goes on, off or changes speed is coded into the BIOS. You may notice, if you listen carefully, that the fan operates more slowly or for less time.
Also, undervolting has limited effect on idle. The big effect is when the CPU is under load.

Those are really nice volts, even less than my TL-50 reached I think. Make sure that you are testing the CPU for instability with ORTHOS. Run it for at least 12 hours and if it reports errors, bump up the voltage a step. You could use it and HWMonitor to find the temperature differences of Idle/Load on stock voltages and undervolted to see how much it affects your temperatures. I trust the temperature readings of HWMonitor more because they were 5c higher than RMClock's monitor on my Core 2 Duo laptop, and it can monitor each die independently.
