I have 80gb with Factory installed. What's the easiest user friendly application I can use to move/image from one to new one?

For imaging, I like Image4Windows, it's easy but that's only copy as images.
I want to copy file for file, drive to drive.

Heard of Norton Ghost, will that do and how GUI is it? I think I'd download it before and was confused.

    XCOPY still works?

Any suggestion and ideas are welcome.
