I often have to switch over to Japanese system locale to play certain games and edit in certain apps. However, I have no issues keeping it set as standard, though there is one deal breaker. In certain games åäö will not work (i.e D3) and the keyboard layout changes as well making the key next to 1 obsolete.

Would say going for Ultimate/getting Japanese W7 solve my issue? For Ultimate I I thought that having Japanese language pack turned on and use (in my case Swedish system locale) fix this one issue or would I just end having the same problem? Should I get the Japanese W7 and set system locale to Sweden? Any ideas?
