Hello, is there a programm to underclock my cpu (T9500) in Win7 64bit?
cpuz always shows 1,6ghz by multiplier of 8.
But i know the penryn can do 800mhz underclock.
Is that a mistake in cpuz or whats going on? What programm shows me the right frequenzies? Back days I use TAT but that dos only works till memron.
    RM Clock doesn't work in Win7 x64.
    What can i do?

    Thanks.
