    I'm sure you have heard it somewhere before, when I plug in my USB hub I am getting the errors of "this device could perform faster if plugged into a hi-speed usb 2.0 hub". the problem is, i dont know wheere to find the drivers- and yes i've looked- i also don't know what cause it in the first place. The hub I have attached is a generic 7 port, and attached to it are my Lexmark z1300, my microsoft Habu mouse, my microsoft Reclusa keyboard, and my external Galaxy enclosed hard drive.

    Updating the chipset drivers should do the trick.

    If all devices are connected on the hub and working in parallel, then the USB bandwidth is shared among the devices' usage.

    Yes, but the ports are identified as enhanced ports but they are not functioning as such.
