By mistake, I just deleted the folder "Downloads" under my directory and since it was too big, it was completely deleted off my system. Is there a way to get it back? Thanks a lot.

Check you trashbin, is it still there? If so you can restore it.

Did you have anything important in it? You could always just create a new downloads folder and change the icon to match the old downloads folder...

This software may help you retrieve at least most of what you deleted.

Since it was 39 Gigabytes big, it's completely gone as it would have been too much for the Trashbin.

I think Glary Utilities is definitely better at recovering accidentally deleted files than Tuneup Utilities since it did recover most of the media I had inside Downloads. Maybe it's going to help me concentrate on school with all those media files gone. Thanks a lot guys.

Just in case, is Recuva worth installing since I have Tuneup and Glary utilities?

If tuneup and glary do the same thing then no...what would be the point?
