Is there any way to use bluetooth without a stack program?

If no, is there anyway to get toshiba stack to not load up automatically until bluetooth is on?

I have tried searching the forums but so far no help...so hopefully a direct question will get me some direct answers.

Please be aware that using services.msc and msconfig can not stop the automatic loading of the stack program regardless if bluetooth is on or not.

Seems like wasted system resourse...any help?
