On every boot up since reinstalling Winders Vista32 home, the TOOL BAR EULA screen comes on with no way to "x" it out. The only way to shut that down is with TAsk Manager. How do I perminatly shut that off

NO, I did remove the google tool bar. I belive in the KISS ( Keep It Simple Stupid)

I wonder if it started when I removed the Google Desktop

AND the EULA is not listed system config

Does the EULA give you any clues as to what software it is from? ie. manufacturer names/listed purposes

NO NONE I'm thinking something to do with partial removal of google tool bar? Boy, with previous versions of windows, it was much easier to pick / choose what started
