See if you can get an error number from the BSOD. What happens after? Does it reset? BSOD are usually in my experience a hardware error, I would check the various temperatures of your laptop like cpu temp etc.

That's some hardcore activity there. No wonder you're getting the BSOD. Kidding.

The information you provided is not enough. Anymore settings, what kind of hardware, what were you doing right before it went BSOD, etc., etc., the more the better.

BSODs usually show that blue screen for only a second or two, so keep an eye out for the file name or the cause listed at the top. Either one of those pieces of information would greatly help us here.

Typically BSOD's are caused by hardware issues. From my own personal experience, I imagine it could be your sound driver. You could try updating that driver.

Also, just FYI, your RAM modules both run at 533. If you two chips at two different speeds, the computer will default to the lower of the two. The RAM bus can only run at one speed depending on the installed chips.

I'd say it's 97% likely to be the sound drivers. Start > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Right click on your sound device and choose UNINSTALL

Find the driver for your particular card and run the installer.

It could be you're overheating. Do you have a cooling pad under the laptop? Could also be a program that you installed prior to the incidents.
