I used to use Speedfan but I've since replaced that with HW Monitor (my preference)

I know others also use ATI Tool and i8kfan

Try to do a search before making a thread.

    For CPU:
    - Notebook Hardware Control
    - RMclock
    - Core Temp

    For GPU:
    - RivaTuner is best (since it does in-game temp monitoring display)
    - nTune
    - ATItool

    For all-in-one:
    - HWmonitor
    - NHC (from above)
    - Speedfan (mainly best for desktops)
