    how do u make the taskbar transparent again? i just cant figure it out anymore havent done that in a long while

    Go to desktop-Right Click- Personalize- Window color and appearance- Check "Enable Transparency"

    Control Panel > Sys & Maint. > Performance & Tools > Adjust visual effects > Custom > Enable transparent glass

    EDIT: Hmmm I didn't know about XPS1330's way... but it seems to do the same thing.
