I want to do the tweak where you disable tmm for a quicker start up time but when i open up task scheduler it says the task name and "no longer exists" for every single task that was running as if it stops them as soon as it opens. if i close and open it again the same happens. Does anyone know of a solution which can allow me to access the tasks?

You can try Start > Run > msconfig > startup tab
