    Yea it works fine, doesn't slow down anything. All it does is change the wallpaper.

    Does this need to run at startup? Or does it run in the backgroud or what. Is there a way to change the Logon pic w/o this program. Seems simple enough.

    I used a BG wallpaper I used to use as my desktop.
    How do you take a SS when you're at the logon screen? I pressed the screenshot button but nothing happened when I tried to paste it into Paint.

    To roytse, I checked Task Manager after rebooting, I didn't see it in the processes or services. Did I look too fast and carelessly? Someone answer ;D

    No, it's just windows logon. It's there to shutdown/lock/switch users etc.

    I tested it under vista and it works fine. I didn't notice any performance hindrance.
