Had Vista running on my T42. It ran fine. My XP install is currenty about 4GB. So it doesn't look all that different to me.

Last time i checked 'official specs' are yet to be released from Microsoft. Most of the specs on the internet are based on speculation. MS originally leaked some crazy specs needed but it seems that the latested rumored requirements are a supported video card, 512 memory, and a recent cpu. I'm not too worried though i've tested it on some pretty weak hardware and it runs just fine for a beta.

yeah, those are looking fishy... usually you'll get a minimum and recommended set and it seems odd that a 1.86 pm is listed as the lowest processor speed. as well, there is no vid card recommendation which also looks shady.

i ran the beta on a 1.6 pm with 512 and x300 128 card and it ran fine. fugly, but fine.
