    Lets say i have a hard drive with win7.

    what is the best way move it to Virtual Machine?
    (there are is a ton of software :( with one is better)
    what limitations i will have if i would like to to work on this VM?

    It really depends on which hypervisor you're going to be using. If you were using Hyper-V or Microsoft Virtual PC using Microsoft's Disk2vhd utility should work. Just image the drive and attach the VHD file to the new VM. VMware also has their vCenter Converter utility although I've never used it.
