Can anyone recommend good software that can be used to create ISO files (CD images), that can be mounted to virtual CD drives by programs like Daemon Tools or Alcohol?

I'd recommend using the ISO format over NRG. I found it a lot more useful when I backup all my textbook CDs etc. and uploaded onto my FTP. So that when you are on a computer without Virtual Drive Emulation, an ISO can still be accessed as a zipped folder while not the same as Nero's NRG.
