This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Can anyone recommend a software (preferably freeware) that I can use to measure the length of lines drawn on images as well as the angle between these lines?

    Maybe GIMP, you might check some free cad applications, might let you put the image in viewport.
