    Small Audio Editing Question

    OK, so for the past few days I've been gathering up specific tracks to make a mix CD. Finally, I get them all together and it runs at 80:01 minutes... :confused:

    What would be the easiest way that I could edit one of these songs a second shorter?

    Fade out the end of the last track if possible. I think you can do that in audacity.

    Do you have :02 pauses between tracks?

    If you are using a third party burn program, such as Nero, you can probably "overburn" the disk and not worry about editing anything! :)

    If your source is MP3 use MP3 DirectCut. No reencoding...

    u can do as much mixing as u can and shorten also.
