    Hi,

I'm looking for a simple app that just tells me, how much time I spent on battery while running and while in standby (and if possible even with WLAN, display brightness).

But nothing more! Very simple! I'd measure it myself using a clock but that's just no fun.

Everything I found with battery or power monitor is just highly sophisticated which does not provide this really simple functionality.

    Thanks,
    divB

PS: I have a long flight and I just want to measure how much time I can expect realistically without keeping track when switching on/off for myself.

I am currently using an app called battery bar. It sits right down next to the notifications on the lower right hand side and offers plenty of information on battery stats. I have the basic free version, but it appears there is a pro version as well with extra features. Hope this is what you were looking for. :)

    Hi,

Thanks, but so far, does not seem so :-(
I don't want any "predictions" or calculations, I just want simple but accurate sampling when the laptop is on, off or in standby ... :-/

Most of the battery monitoring programs are going to come with bells and whistles you may not be interested in. They try to one up each other, and especially, they try to build upon the built-in battery monitor in Windows.

BatteryCare is pretty simple and straightforward, but if you don't want tweakable (not a word, I know) settings for better battery life, then that already may stand as too much.
