I just got my new Dell 1720 today with Vista Home Premium. I was messing around, getting rid of some bloatware then when I returned to my desktop the sidebar wasn't there anymore. I know the sidebar really isn't that important but I would like to have it back. I was looking through some of the stuff I deleted and I believe it had something to do with the Google apps that were pre-installed. Please someone tell me what I have to do to get my sidebar back!

I can't find any links that lead me to download the sidebar, they're all sidebar addons.

Try finding sidebar under program files, or inside windows. Did you uninstall or just close it? Restart your computer, if it comes back up then it means you just closed it if not then probably uninstalled or some other issue.
