Setting up my new desktop and messed up the labeling of one of the drives. Any ideas?

I was getting ready to move the downloads and media folders to the D drive and mislabled downloads as D:/ and now I cannot reverse the action. My entire D: drive is now downloads and I am lost on how to get it all back to normal so I can correctly point these file folders to the storage drive.

Screen shot of the problem? Others might see what is going on to see if they figure a fix? This parts I don't get?
