    Hi,

I bought a Samsung R20 recently. Problem is, I only have Microsoft Office (set of programs such as word, excel.. etc)

Doesn't vista home premium come with these set of applications that aren't on trial? I remember windows XP home had Microsoft works.. not found this anywhere!

    Thanks :)

Do you mean you only have a trial of Microsoft office?

I think you might have had Works bundled on your XP computer, I'm pretty certain it's not included in any version of Windows.

You could always try open office.. it's free too! www.openoffice.org

Yes, I have a trial of MS Office.

I can't see works anywhere :( Am I missing it somewhere?

As for openoffice. I'm not too keen on it.

    Thanks

no you're not missing it anywhere, I don't believe it is included in any version of Windows. It's a separate piece of software I'm afraid.
