Hi all, was wondering if anyone could help me...

I've just got a Samsung Q45 and replaced the Vista that came with it with TinyXP (XP with a ton of stuff NLited out).

I've located all the main drivers I need but can't find one that will allow me to use some of the keyboard functions, such as adjusting the screen brightness and speaker volume etc.

Some of them work, such as num lock, home etc., ie. the standard keyboard ones plus a mute button.

These functions are represented by blue symbols on the keys and a blue Fn key is used to activate them. I'm assuming I need some Samsung specific driver and am aware that it may not be available for XP, I have tried looking on the utilities disc that came with the laptop but it appears to be Vista only...

    Any help would be appreciated,
    thanks in advance,

    Tom

Hey, I just had the same problem. On the Samsung page you can download a tool called easy-display-manager, which enables all the functions you and i were missing! good luck!
