    Greetings,

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit on my Sager NP8255S

I have an Intel HD 4600 GFX Card and a Nvidia 780M GTX Card in my NP8255S

I am having some issues with the File Explorer

There is a strange slowness when dragging the Edge of an Opened File Explorer and it is not normal

Sometimes when I boot up, the edge of the file explorer will drag very smoothly and quickly, infact dragging the edge is instant

And at other times there is this slowness everything is like in slow motion ...

This goes for all the other GUI based application, dragging a scroll bar has this strange slowness and it is not instant

Like dragging a scroll bar forward and backwards has this strange slowness ... it is not instant

When my NP8255S displays this strange slowness issue, the Laptop will intermitingly do the "Dirty Shutdown" Problem ...

I suspect it has something to do with the display drivers ... but I have updated all GFX drivers to the latest from
    Intel and Nvidia

I still have this problem ...

Can someone please help me out there ???

Hope to hear from you soon ...

    Thank You and regards

    Dr. David Bowman

The problem may lie in the fact W10 will want to place the old drivers back, even if you update them. I would ask too though is anything overclocked? The reason I ask is if the NVidia is then if you over do it, this could cause your issue.

Thank you for the reply ...

Everything is running at stock speed ... nothing is overclocked ...

I apparently do not have a Sager but is it possible the system is having issues with Optimus?

I suspect it could be the Optimus or some graphics issue ... if i go to Youtube and in a few minutes it will do a dirty shutdown ...

    :(
