I downloaded a update from the previous version. There's not a lot of difference and I don't think it's as fast as they advertise it to be. "World's Fastest Browser".... pssshhh

Does anyone know if it is possible to open multiple home pages (tabs) at startup in Safari? Looks kinda cool....I think Flock is still the class act of browsers ATM.

    For Windows:

Firefox > Opera > Internet Explorer > Safari

I believe the trend will be that for many time to come. :/

I'd switch out firefox and IE... no way FF better than IE.

Far as safari... very nice... I played with it all afternoon along with sp1.

Actually this safari was the first that would install on my computer... the first version never would install. I like the way it handles RSS and has smooth fonts like IE... FF and opera still float around with fonts that make your text look like scribble. No professional would use ff or opera.

My post was not an opinion, if was a fact....

And don't tell people what they need...

Why don't you post about safari instead of worrying about what other people are posting about....

Now it is time to get the thread back on topic.... if you wish to take it further, please send a PM...

I find your posts very disruptive. I'll be forced to report you if it continues.

Safari, the browser.... as I've said, I like the RSS and smooth text when compared to things like ff and opera. Safari and IE seem to have a similar view toward reading text in a browser.

Overall though, it is nice to have all these browsers compliant... in my last site build everything works in safari 3, ie8, ff3, and opera9... it is a great thing... great time for developers.

Although, I think anyone would need to worry the security of safari... I'd not use for serious browsing just yet.... but it is nice.
