    What programs do you guys recommend for repairing corrupted AVI files?

    It rly depends on exactly what's wrong with them. I would try to run them through VirtualDub. I believe there's an option to scan for error frames. You have the option to output the video/audio to another avi with 'direct stream copy', which means it won't re-encode, so it will be considerably faster and there shouldn't be any quality degradation.
