    is there a PC equivalent of macbook air's remote disc software ?

    PS. must be wireless solution, not ethernet sloution

    you're kidding, right?

    sharing a CD/DVD or network folder has existed since Windows for Workgroups 3.11 which predates windows 95.

    it's really sad that an apple user would think this is some kind of new tech when it's existed in the windows world for over 20 years.

    Yeah as long as you have a local network (wired or wireless) you should be able to just regular use Windows file sharing... just share the whole drive.
