I reinstalled OS on my satellite M 70 by using recovery CD and now system again asked me to regidter with microsoft and toshiba. I have done it already, so I skipped it. I just want to ask if I use recovery CD, I have to register again with toshiba and microsoft or it is not needed.

My Satellite used to ask me to reregister each time I used to recovery CDs. You have to reregister with Windows. I used to do the Toshiba register again to, play it save.

I am not talking of activation, rather I am talking about registration, the 2 are different.
