Let me preface this: Windows 10 is not an option. I don't want any "tough love" bullcrap about getting used to a new OS. Save me the idiotic lecture. Privacy is paramount to me as is top of the line specs. Also, save me the "Microsoft doesn't support Windows 7 past 6th gen intel chips". That's just their "update" system. I am looking for workarounds (which contrary to popular belief, have borne fruit for others).

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What I am looking for is some helpful advice as to whether the new Razer Blade 2018 (15.6 in) can run Windows 7 (i.e. whether there are available drivers, be it from Razer or other manufacturers, that are compatible with the specs of this laptop). I am looking to buy a new 2018 high end laptop which I can then install Windows 7 on. I am also open to other suggestions for high end 2018 laptops that can run Windows 7.

Please do not insist that this is impossible. Please know that I understand this is a tedious (albeit in my opinion, rewarding) ask. Please help me (lol), as I am not clear about the specific steps needed to achieve this.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I would be very much grateful for any in-depth guidance regarding how to set up the blade so that it can run Windows 7.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Aside: If I come across as arrogant, please know that it is simply due to my frustration of having to read useless comments on other threads that don't contribute whatsoever to the original question. If you don't have any solutions, please move along.

Hello, your laptop would definitely deserve Windows 7! However if your Razer has Coffe Lake processor, than unfortunately no IGP driver exist yet. Furthermore check my topic, which is the most complete guide how to install Windows 7 on Windows 10 laptops.

I tried installing Windows 7 on a Coffe Lake notebook with HM370 chipset. Problem is that there are no Usb3 drivers from intel that works. Kaby Lake usb3 drivers does not work. Also the intel serial io drivers are also not working. So I gave up.
