Alright I know that this happens when you have a certain blaster worm, when I come out of stand-by, log-in and then I get this error message and 60 seconds t o log off. Awesome. I've read that it is caused by a virus and I downloaded the symantec program to remove it and followed all the instructions and it found nothing. I did it again.. nothing. I've ran anti-virus scans and anti-spyware scans (3 different)... nothing. Is there something else that can be causing this to happen?

I know I've done all of that... except I can't apply the patch for some reason (can't have service packs installed?).. is there anything else that can cause RPC to fail?
