    Hey,

Well firstly, I honestly wasn't sure where this post should be categorized under, feel free to move it if you wish.

Secondly, I'm having this problem with my IP camera. For some reason, it would constantly keep saying "connecting", but it would never connect. It uses Quicktime, so I posted in the Apple forums and didn't get a response, it's been two weeks. I first got an error code of "10060", which I googled and fixed, and now the error code does not show. Instead, it never connects. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    have you tried this ?

    QuickTime error 10060

If you receive this error while trying to view QuickTime media, try this solution for Windows:

    Open QuickTime Player
    On the "Edit" menu, select
    Preferences, than select
    QuickTime preferences
On the Advanced Tab, change "Transport Setup" to custom, and
Select HTTP, and enter Port ID: 80

    OR this? Quicktime Streaming Set-up

Already tried that. Like I said, after trying that fix, I don't get the error code anymore, but instead it constantly says "connecting", but never connects.

hmm i see. and I assume you tried re-installing QuickTime, and using different/older versions of browsers??

EDIT: Umm from what I see on your picture, is this a surveillance camera browser software? And that outputs H.264 video format. From what I can vaguely remember, I believe you need to allow that codec to be view-able on your browser. It's got something to do with your IIS7 stuff. Don't quote on me though as I do not know much about it neither, I'm just throwing stuff here. :/

EDIT2: IF and ONLY IF, the problem is the H.264 format... then try it with the IE9 browser.

And maybe these links may or may not help...
