How do you retrieve/use your "Notes"?

This is a huge problem for me as I have Notes for every aspect of my business.

Are there any good workarounds or program/app substitutions?

There are some apps that people use, but I believe you can set up Outlook Exchange to sync with your notes without the need for them.

    In Outlook go to:
    Tools
    Send/Receive --> Send /Receive Settings --> Define send/receive groups -> highlight( All Accounts) -> Select Edit
Make sure "Include the selected account in this group" is checked
Under Account Options make sure the following are checked:
    Send Mail Items
    Receive mail items
    Download offline address book

    *Under Folder Options:*
Have the user make sure the 'Notes' folder has a check mark next to it.
Click 'OK', Have them try to manually sync from the mail setting on the iPhone. If that doesn't work:
    i) Open Itunes
ii) click on iphone in menu under 'Devices'
    iii) go to 'Info'
iv) click on what you would like replaced and
    v) hit 'Sync' button on bottom right

Thank you for posting this but are you referring to manually syncing through iTunes?
I looked up your "source" and that what it appears to be referring to.

I am looking for wireless sync via Exchange.

Lastly...your instructions above do not appear to be for Outlook 2010. I dont know where "Tools" is or "Send/Receive settings" either...

Going off the date of the first post, I can only guess it's for 2010 - they don't seem to specify though, so that's purely a guess.

Some more digging seems to reveal that active sync with Notes is not supported - at least not since iOS 5 (but was reportedly supported in iOS4). Not sure what version of iOS you're running, but the most recommended workaround I've seen on each search result is to use a third party app, such as IMExchange 2.

Ive heard of IMExchange2...and that it stops working.

Willing to try anything at this point...or at least until Evernote begins to integrate into the Outlook GUI, which will make everything alot easier (and its something they are apparently working on).
