    Hey,

I've read some of the threads and posts about Vista SP1 and I'm still not clear about what is does. What are the bottom line improvements I may expect by updating to SP1? I know some experiences are varied, but still would like to know.

Also, is the final SP1 release out? I've looked at Micrsoft's site but, I don't know, nothing seems clear cut and to the point for me to figure out whats there.

    Thanks

No the final release is not out yet. SP1 mainly deals with some performance and reliability improvements. Wait for the final release of SP1.
