Strange problem. Have no clue what it could be.

I remember fooling around with the folders in Windows Explorer and may have accidently moved the Startup folder. I am not sure.

    Where should it be?

What else could the problem be?

Did you try to enabling them from Msconfig?

How do I put the programs on the Startup list so I can enable them?

Open up StartUp folder in Explorer, and just add shorcuts of programs to it.

Right click on My Computer > Manage > Services & Applications > Services > Find the program you want to make it automatically start > Set Startup type to Automatic.

    Cheers
