I was testing/messing around with speedstep on my T5470. For the past 2 days, I disabled it just to see the performance difference and the overall functionality of CPU vs. RMclock, and the temperature difference etc. Today I decided to re-enable it again since there is obvious no gain but some loss of performance, so I need to reset up my RMclock profile for the undervolt I had in place. I went into the profile section and there it is AN EXTRA Multiplier. Previously, there are only 6.0x, 7.0x, and 8.0x, now there's an extra 9.0x. Will this be a problem?

Anyways, now I have to retest my CPU stability with the new voltages.

Anything that is heavy on the cpu. Stress tests include orthos, or prime95, or superpi, or the new wprime.

I seem to have made the greatest discovery of my life. The CPU performance actually increased, but it ran hot as hell as well, from max 50 to 63 C. My TF2 performance during heavy gunfire has always been horrible but now it runs just fine.

edit: nvm, it's useless since all c2ds are hard-wired multiplier locked. so it is there, but doesn't get used by the CPU.
