I tried updating my graphics downloading from Intel. It`s Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family driver version 7.14.10.1227.When I updated to latest version, but the issue is when I reboot the system it`s a message boxes coming up asking if I want to run this file "Intel (R)...place c/windowssystem32/igfxtray.exe" I click "run" and the same question coming up but another file as:"Inte (R) common user interface, place c/windowssystem32/hkcmd.exe" and third one is : Intel(R) c/windowssystem32/igfxpers.exe. I unschecked and clicked run all the time ,but when rebooting again I ll get the same popup messages!!! Notice:When updating graphics the boot up time was increased and a black screen shown up for about 20-30 seconds after welcome screen.
Itel`s support says " This is related to the operating system and it's firewall or the security settings. Please contact Microsoft* or the laptop manufacturer for assistance in adjusting these security features."

Could someone explain and help ?

    Windows Vista 32 bit.

You don't need those to run on startup. Stop them from starting up using msconfig
